π Do you want to make your Customer Satisfaction Team happy ?
π Analyse their survey in a simple Qlik dashboard
A major topic in all companies is customer satisfaction, and you collect a lot of data through surveys
From there, the aim is to understand the WHY people are satisfied or not, and make your data Actionable π
In my example on airflights, people are first ask if they are satisfied or not, and then to put a not on some aspects of the flight
It's therefore crucial to know where you have to improve your service or product to increase the satisfaction rate
My tip about survey analysis ? π€
The data model must serve the analysis
Turn every question into a dimension to have all the notes in the same field
Have a good use of colors to help people quickly find what is good or not
